At the COOLSPORTZ camps all children from the ages of 4 - 13 have an opportunity to take part in fun game based multi-sports activities during the holidays in a safe indoor and outdoor environment.
During the day children will have the opportunity to take part in many different activities including:
•Football (indoor and outdoor), Cricket (Kwik cricket), Tennis, Badminton, Extreme Dodgeball, Multi-skill Game Based Activities, Hockey (unihoc), Basketball, Parachute games and many more......
All of these sports and activities are conducted by activity leaders who have numerous coaching and leadership qualifications and relevant child protection checks (DBS checks are carried out on all individuals that are 16 & over who lead or volunteer at Coolsportz).
Coolsportz holiday camps are held at Warwickshire Sports College on the Stratford Rd in Henley in Arden. The college boasts an impressive array of facilities including a four court badminton sized indoor sports hall, tennis courts, a full size floodlit astro turf sports pitch, an indoor hall for multi-sports activities, and a social area for lunch and arts and crafts. Due to the fantastic facilities at the college the camps will be run whatever the Great British weather can throw at us!!
Children can be booked for a whole day or half day and will be placed into age range groups according to others that are attending.

What you need to know or bring on the Day:
All paid coaches/leaders and volunteers over the age of 16 are DBS checked, and there will always be a first aider on site. Children need to bring a snack and drink for mornings sessions, and lunch for all day sessions. AS SOME CHILDREN WHO ATTEND THE CAMPS HAVE NUT ALLERGIES WE WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL IF YOU COULD NOT GIVE YOUR CHILD NUTS IN THEIR FOOD.
Children must not be dropped off at their booked time and must be picked up on time, otherwise you will be charged at the extended hours rate.
Children must bring any medication they require with them, for example, inhalers for asthmatics or 2 x epipen's for children with allergies otherwise they will not be able to take part and a refund will not be given.
Please wear suitable sports clothes and trainers for indoor and outdoor sessions. We have plenty of tennis rackets but please feel free to bring your own. All handheld computers are brought at your own risk.
Cancellation and Payment Policy for Coolsportz Camps:
Coolsportz cancellation policy applies to all bookings, whether made online or directly through our coaches. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the time of the session booked or you will be liable for the full cost of the course.
All cancellations made with less than 48 hours before the course starts can expect a 50 % refund.
All cancellations made with less that 24 hours before the course starts will not be offered a refund.
No shows will also resort in a full charge for the cost of the course.
A re-schedule of a booking can be made if there is at least 48 hours notice given, and this can only be done once. The re-scheduled session must be in the same week.
If a cancellation is due to illness and more than 24 hours notice has been given from the start time you may change to a different day.
IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE ATTENDANCE DAY YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA £2.50 ADMIN FEE.
A charge of £5 willl be made per 15 minutes and for each £15 minutes if their is late pick up.
Coolsportz reserve the right to cancel a particular day, should numbers be below 5 attendees to ensure the children are getting the most out of the activities/day. Children will be offered a place at our alternative sites or a full refund will be given.
